Mercian Surgical Supply has purchased a 5,130 sq ft unit at the 45,000 sq ft Topaz development in Bromsgrove. Joining Mercian its national firm of actuaries and consultants, Barnett Waddingham, which has taken a lease on a 10,000 sq ft unit at Topaz
