Our key focus is strategic land, sourcing land opportunities, working with landowners and thus carrying out the entire planning and sales processes. We have a current land bank of just under 1000 acres spread over 12 sites.
Northern Urban Extension to Stafford, J14, M6 , Stafford
The land at Beaconside in Stafford was acquired in July 2009. The site extends to 432 acres and can accommodate up to 2000 houses, two primary schools and an extra care village. The mixed use site has been identified in Stafford Borough Council’s emerging plan to help meet the housing and employment needs of the area, and further benefit the wider area of Stafford.
We are expecting to receive an allocation towards the end of 2014.

Chipping Sodbury, South Gloucestershire
The land at Chipping Sodbury was acquired in June 2009. The site extends to 180 acres and can accommodate up to 750 houses, a primary school and an extra care village. The mixed use site has been identified in South Gloucestershire’s emerging plan to help meet the housing and employment needs of the area.

Employment Land, Ravensbank, Redditch, Worcestershire
The land at Redditch was acquired in 2014. The 100 acre site can accommodate up to 1.5 million sqft of Industrial buildings, we are currently promoting the site for a B2, B8 planning application.
