Greenlight at Clay Cross, Derbyshire

Maximus has secured a major planning consent to regenerate Silkston, the 230 acre former Biwater Works site in Clay Cross.

Maximus has been granted outline planning permission from North East Derbyshire District Council for 980 new homes, 300,000 sq ft of employment space, a hotel, local amenities and public open space on the former industrial site. The mixed use phased development will be delivered over a ten year period and will contribute to North East Derbyshires RSS housing targets
