Clay Cross brownfield site sits adjacent to the town of Clay Cross, which is situated midway between Chesterfield and Derby. The site has been recently allocated in the local Plan for a combination of residential, industrial and mixed use developments. In consultaion with the Local Authority, Maximus, have written the Development Agreement and created a ‘Masterplan Vision’.
